Our History
Eden Resort is synonymous with family, conviviality, love of the homeland and good food!
Since 1990
It was 1990 when Giovanni a.k.a. Gianni, decided to buy a lot of land because that was where he wanted to realise his dream: opening his own business in his homeland!
At that time the hamlet of Fontanelle was almost completely uninhabited, and people close to Gianni and his family considered that idea foolish.
But Gianni was not deterred, and his vision was stronger than any attempt at discouragement. He had seen something in that place, he had seen the future.
Building a corner of paradise
Years of hard work and determination led him to the realization of what is now this little piece of paradise.
Today the helm has passed to his two children, Ludovico and Angelica.
The resort today
A renovated old farmhouse, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean scents.

Eden resort is a welcoming venue suitable for all: families, couples, and groups of friends who choose relaxation and good food, but without renouncing to have fun. The result of a complete renovation in 2015, it has maintained the taste and style of the old Salento‘s farmhouses. A large olive grove frames the Resort, which has a suggestive lagoon pool and numerous green areas. Strolling along the various paths you can encounter olive trees, wild flowers, centuries-old trees and even a farm area to get to know our donkeys Fedele and Caterina, and other farmyard animals.
The scent of the sea, the Mediterranean forest, the songs of cicadas and birds make this corner, between the sea and the countryside, a true paradise.
